For the first day of the reveals, we are showcasing the Time For Coffee Stamp Set + Coordinating Dies with the Coffee House Stories 6×6 Paper Pad!

For my first project, I started by stamping the images from the Time for Coffee Stamp Set on some Espresso Car Stock with Versamark ink. I sprinkled some white embossing powder to this and used my heating tool to heat-set the images.

Next, I die-cut a circle scallop using a die from my collection on some Light Blue Card Stock. I also die-cut another circle on Neenah solar white which I ink-blended using Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink. I adhered both pieces with liquid glue.

I stamped the image from the Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set and colored the images in with Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers. I used the coordinating die to die-cut the image and adhered this image on the ink-blended circle panel.

Next, I cut abut 1 1/4 inches of patterned paper from the Coffee House Stories Paper pad and adhered a scalloped decorative edge on both sides for added texture and interest. I adhered this on the dark brown panel that was previously heat-embossed and added on an A2-size notecard.

I finished the design by foam-mounting my focal panel on t he card for added dimension, and stamped the sentiment using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. This is my go-to ink for stamping sentiments on white card stock.

The next project is really simple. To create the tag, I used the Fancy Edges Tag Die-set and die-cut some patterned paper from the Coffee House Stories 6×6 paper pad. I also used the same die on Espresso and Mint Green Card Stock. I adhered them all together to create the beautiful tags. This is honestly one of my favorite tag die-set ever!

Next, I stamped the images from Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set and colored the images in with my alcohol markers. I used the coordinating die to cut them out and foam-mounted to the tags for added dimension.

I finished the tags by adding the sentiment and the holly with a matching red ribbon and gold twine for that festive touch. Here’s a closer look:

Funny Coffee Card with Spectrum Noir

I have a really funny card to share with you today, featuring the Coffee Riley cling stamp set along with Hating Everybody cling stamp set and Alcohol Markers by Spectrum Noir.

To begin making the card, I stamped the image on some Neenah solar white card stock and colored the images in with my Spectrum Noir Classique alcohol markers and TriBlend markers.

Next, I used the Trendy Tag Die-namics to die-cut the tag and the frame. I also used this die to die-cut my image.

Since I basically wanted a simple background with cheerful colors, I cut a bunch of strips from my scrap card stock in rainbow order. I adhered the pieces on some A2-size card base.

I adhered the tag with my tape runner. I also added the bow with some liquid glue for added texture.

I stamped the sentiment using the Spectrum Noir Finesse Alcohol Proof ink in black. The word “coffee” was die-cut using the Coffee sentiment from the Coffee Cup Fri-die set and adhered on the card with liquid glue. Here’s another look:

I hope you like my project today. The supplies I use are listed and linked below in case you’re interested. Thanks for stopping by and happy coloring!

For my project today, I am showcasing the Embossed edge rectangle dies, Layered Coffee Cup die, the Got Coffee? sentiment die, Hot Cocoa sequin mix, the Holly Leaves and Berries die set and the Acetate Sheet 25-pack.

To begin, I die-cut an A2 size panel of Neenah solar white card stock using the embossed edge rectangle die  then used the layered coffee cup die to die cut the window.   I also die-cut some patterned paper using the rest of the coffee cup pieces so that I can assemble them later.

I die-cut the holly leaves and berries on some green and red card stock.

To create the shaker portion of my card, I adhered some acetate sheet on the back of my card panel and used fun foam to create my well.  I added the hot coca sequin mix as my shaker element and adhered this piece on an A2 size white card base.

I stamped some small snowflakes on my card front and also stamped my sentiment using some Lawn Fawn lobster ink.  Here’s my card:

I love creating shaker cards!  I think this card design is super simple but I love how it turned out.  Here’s a closer look:

Caffeinated Fox with The Rabbit Hole Designs

Hello The Rabbit Hole Designs fans!  Maria here on the blog with you again today.   I am back to share this simple coffee-themed card, showcasing the Caffeinated Fox stamp set and the Perfectly Blended stamp set.

.

Here’s my card using the stamp set:

I stamped the images on some Neenah solar white card stock and colored the image in with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.  I used the Gold Brown, Light Pink and Blue Turquoise blend.  Since this stamp set didn’t come with coordinating dies, I used my Brother Scan N Cut 2 machine to cut the image.

I used a Scalloped Border die to die-cut a Bristol smooth white panel and ink-blended this with Tattered Rose distress oxide ink. I adhered a pink patterned paper on my card base and added the inked backdrop to the card.  Lastly, I adhered my image and stamped the sentiment on my card.

To finish my design, I added some glossy accents to the fox’s nose.  Here’s a closer look:

I hope you like my card and got inspired.  The supplies I used are listed and linked below.  For more inspiration, updates, and news make sure to check out these places.  Happy stamping!

Take Life One Sip at a Time

Hello The Rabbit Hole Designs fans!  Maria here with you and it’s my day to take over the TRHD blog.   For today’s project, I am showcasing the Caffeinated Rabbit and the Perfectly Blended stamp set.

I have a cute and simple card for you today with one of my favorite caffeinated creature.

Here’s how I made the card:

  • stamp the rabbit image on smooth white card stock and color the images in with alcohol markers (or any medium of your choice).
  • die-cut the image with an electronic die-cutting machine or fussy cut with scissors.  I used my Brother Scan N Cut 2.
  • cut an A2 size piece of smooth white card stock and use the solar burst stencil and a blending brush with Tattered Rose distress oxide ink and antique linen to add color to the background.
  • use the “hello” die to die-cut the word from the background.
  • adhere some fun foam to the back of the card stock and adhere this piece onto a chocolate brown card base.
  • line up the negative pieces of the die-cut and adhere using liquid glue.
  • adhere the bunny on top of the “hello” using liquid glue.
  • finish the design by adding the sentiment from the Perfectly Blended stamp set.

Here’s a closer look:

Another simple card but I really love how it turned out.  If you are looking for further details about my project including supplies used, I would be so grateful if you can stop by my blog today at:

Coffee Monster Card with Spectrum Noir TriBlend Markers

Hello my crafty peeps!  I am sharing yet another one-layer card with you today showcasing my new favorite alcohol markers, the Spectrum Noir TriBlend markers.  TriBlend marker has a unique 3-in-1 design. It makes it easier to carry around while you’re on the go!  It houses three ink chambers, each delivering separate color through a fine bullet nib.  Inside every TriBlend marker there’s a perfect gradation of three colors, numbered from light to dark, resulting in smooth, controllable blend.

SNMay15Proj1A

How I made the card:

  • stamp the image on smooth white card stock.

IMG_2046

  • color the images in with the TriBlend Markers.  I used the Ice Blue, Coral, Orange, Light Yellow and Ice Grey Blends.

IMG_2043

  • use green ink to stamp and color the grass.  use the blending brush to add more colors to the grass.
  • use the clouds stencil, blending brush and some light blue ink to add some “clouds”.   Since the color of the monster is already blue, I didn’t really have to mask the image.  However, I carefully tilted the clouds stencil to avoid smudging the image.

  • Once the coloring is done, I added this colored piece to an A2 size card base.
  • To finish my design, I stamped the sentiment using some black ink.  I also used my white gel pen to add a little shine to the coffee cup.

Have a Grande Day with Miss Ink Stamps

javajoes_540x

I started by stamping my images on some Neenah classic crest 110 lb. solar white card stock  with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink (this is an alcohol-friendly ink).  I colored my images in with my Spectrum Noir TriBlend Markers.   I used my make-up brushes with my Clouds stencil to add the clouds on the background.  I masked the bottom and used my make-up brushes again to add the color to make it look like grass.   I added the “pebble stones” by drawing them using the Brown Grey Blend Triblend Markers.

TRHDCaffeinatedBee2A

Card recipe:

  • stamp the bee image on some Neenah classic crest solar white 110 lb card stock and color him in with alcohol markers (or any medium of your choice).
  • I used my Brother Scan N Cut 2 Machine to die-cut the image.
  • I used my Medallion Coverplate die to die-cut an A2 size panel with some white card stock.
  • I used a circle die to die-cut the middle piece of this panel and I inked up this small circle with some distress oxide inks and my hexagon stencil.  I adhered this piece on the card stock.
  • I used an alphabet die from my stash to die-cut the words #BUZZED on some black card stock.
  • I adhered the pieces on the card.
  • I used another branch die from my stash to die-cut the branch and leaves, coloring them with my alcohol markers.  I adhered the pieces on my card.

Here’s a little close-up:
