It is that time of the month where the entire design team get so excited to show off  the new stamps and fri-dies by CAS-ual Fridays stamps.  For today’s project, we are showcasing the Huggable Critters fri-dies.  Here’s what it looks like:

Here’s my first project.  I made an Easter gift bag:

Here’s how I made this:

• I die-cut the cream card stock using the Huggable critters die.
• I assembled the pieces together with foam and liquid adhesive.
• I inked up by treat bag with some pastel-colored inks.
• I also die-cut a grass hill and adhered it on my treat bag.
• I adhered the bunny on the treat bag and finished my design by adding some white dots with my sakura gel pen.

This die-set is so adorable.  You can make all sorts of critters using this set.  Here’s another look:

For my second project, I made a dog-themed card using the dies for a friend of mine who loves dogs.

• I inked up my background with some distress oxide inks.
• I die-cut the “Hello” die 5 times with some white card stock.
• I colored the eyes using my white prisma color pencil to make it stand out.
