My Once Upon A Time Chipboard Album

I am so happy that I finally finished my Once Upon A Time chipboard album. This has been an 8-month process and I almost gave up and didn’t finish the album. After putting it away for a few months, I decided to start on it again and somehow found the inspiration to finish it.

The album is 9.5 x 11 inches and it is very heavy. It will be kept in a keepsake box to protect the decoration on the album. I used a lot of Tim Holtz and Stampin’ Up! dies to decorate the pages. It was too difficult for me to cover the DCWV paper that I used in the whole album, because the designs were just too pretty.

I know that compared to some of the albums that you see on the internet, mine is not even as beautiful as what the others have posted on YouTube; but I am quite happy and proud of what I have achieved in the whole process of putting it together.

I hope you all check it out and see if you like my album. Hopefully it will give you some ideas on how to decorate yours.

Santa’s Magical Key

Magical Fairy Door – A Shabby Chic Christmas Project

I wanted to give my little niece a nice Christmas present and since she’s 6 and believes in fairies (she loves Tinkerbell), I decided to make this project.

Snowman Tea Light Ornament and Gift Box

This is a very easy tutorial to follow to create your Snowman Christmas Ornament otr table decoration to give to a teacher, co-worker, crafter or your secret Santa.

Materials you will need:

Main Box:

Card Stock or DSP cut at 5 ½ by 6 ½ and score at 1 ¾ inch on all four sides.

Box Lid:

Card Stock or DSP cut at 4 1/8 by 3 1/8 – score at half an inch on all four sides.

Deco Label Punch (Stampin Up) to create your indow

Acetate or Window Sheet cut at 1 ¾ by 2 7/8

Liquid Glue (Tombow or Scotch)
Foam Adhesives or Pop Dots
Stricky Strip
Scissors
Tea Light
Orange Sharpie or Orange Blendabilities to color the light
Black Card Stock (for the Snowman’s hat)
1 inch square punch and window punch to create the shapes for the hat
Green Card Stock (for the Holly)
Red Card Stock for the berries

Festive Wine Tag

Decorate your wine bottles by making your own wine tag. This is that time of the year where we visit family and friends, and bring them a special beverage and a simple tag like this will make it more festive and really special.

Materials:

Card Stock cut at 9 ½ by 2 ½
Designer Series Paper cut at 9 ¼ by 2 ¼
1 ¼ Circle Punch
Dimensionals or Pop Dots
ATG or any adhesive
Score board and score tool
Scissors
Stamp Set of your Choice

Tutorial ~ Easel Treat Box with a Tag

Materials you will need:

Drawer – card stock cut at 4 7/8 by 4 7/8 (score at 1 inch on all four sides)

Wrap – card stock cut at 8 ½ by 3 (on the 8 ½ side, score at 1 inch, 4, 5 and 8)

Easel – Card stock cut at 6 by 3 (on the 6 inches side, score at 1 ½ inches and 3)

Tag Card stock cut at 3 by 3 ¼ (or if you’d like it to cover the top of the box, just cut the card stock at 3 by 3).

NOTE: THE DESIGNER SERIES PAPER THAT YOU WILL NEED TO USE TO DECORATE YOUR BOX IS JUST 1/8 OF AN INCH SHORTER THAN YOUR CARDSTOCK ON ALL FOUR SIDES.
