You Are My Happy Ending by Jessica Lynn Original

JLOHappyEndingGraphic

Today I am showcasing a new stamp set by www.jessicalynnoriginal.com called You Are My Happy Ending Pirate Kids 4 x 4 stamp set.  Here’s what the stamp set looks like:

JLOHEnding

Since I didn’t receive the physical stamp set in time for the launch, I had to work on the digital images.  I printed them off on neenah solar white card stock with my laser printer, and colored the images in with my Copic markers.  I fuzzy-cut the images with my precision cut scissors and set them aside. I stamped other images from stamp sets that I had from my collection to decorate my front panel.   Here’s my card today:

You’re The Best Chapter of My Life

MFT_Superstars2017_BlogBanner

I finally made another card for my third and final entry for the 2017 Card Design Superstar.   The card that you see below is my entry for the “Coloring Virtuoso” category.  I love MFT Stamps and for today’s card, I am showcasing a lot of these stamps and dies that I have been collecting over the years.  The products I used will be listed below, and they are all available at www.mftstamps.com.

I started out by stamping my images from the Our Story stamp set, with the Make Yourself At Home stamp set on white card stock with the MFT Stamps Black Licorice Hybrid Ink.  I thought these two stamp sets would be the perfect pair to create my card. I colored the images in with my Copic markers.  I have always loved coloring with my Copic markers!    I die-cut the images with the coordinating dies.

I wanted to give my little girl a nice starry, colorful window background so I used a combination of different inks to blend the colors on smooth white card stock.  I used the Die-namics Starry Circle to die-cut the background.  I also used the same die to die-cut my card front.  I wanted to inlay all of my die-cut elements on the card for my scene.  For the “flooring”, I dry-embossed my white card stock and die-cut it using the Die-namics Stitched Basic Edges 2.

Here’s my card:

I hope you like my card.  Please visit http://www.mftstamps.com to purchase the supplies I used for the card.  Have an amazing day!

I wanted to create a heavenly scene for my lovely unicorns. For the first card, I started out by using my sunburst stencil, on Neenah solar white cardstock and I adhered my colorful vellum on top. this created some dimension and lovely details to my card. I also used the clouds border die to die-cut my clouds. Here is my first card:

For my second card, I started out by using the Starfield stencil by NND with my fossilized Amber distress oxide ink. I die-cut the clouds with the clouds border die and the Rainbow using a die from my stash. I adhered the rainbow to my card front, as well as the clouds. I used my foam tape to adhere my unicorn, and stamped my sentiment using my new stamping platform tool by Tim Holtz. I finished my design by adding the 4mm sparkling clear solid confetti mix from Kat Scrappiness. here is my second card:

NND20170601_FurrEverFriends_PKG

I wanted to create a scene that is somewhat ethereal to make it look like the pets are just hanging out in heaven. I know this is where they go when they pass.

I stamped my images on Neenah solar white card stock and used my Brother Scan N Cut2 machine to die-cut my images. I die-cut another rectangular card stock and used my sun stencil to create the look of sun. I die-cut the rest of the card stock, as well as my acetate sheet to create the window for my shaker card. I added some iridescent confetti and sequins available from Kat Scrappiness to finish the design. Here is my card:

Blessed To Be Your Friend

Hello everyone! I am back to share with you a very special card that I made, dedicated to our Kat Scrappiness Design Team Coordinator, Deb Peterson Rauch.  I am showcasing the Bear and Bird stamp set and its coordinating dies, the Concord & 9th Tree Ring Background stamp, Kat Scrappiness Double-stitched rectangle dies and the Blessed Scripty dies, plus other products available at the shop.

I will not have any step-by-step instructions or a process video for this card. It is very simple but I love how it turned out.

This card is dedicated to Deb. I am “blessed to be Deb’s friend”. Deb has a huge heart. When I got sick, a few weeks ago, Deb has been (and still is) such a great confidant to me! She was my constant support during those times when I feel like I would never get better. When I start panicking with the pains I had, I would constantly send Deb a message and ask her so many medical questions and she would immediately give me answers, advice, support and recommendations. It didn’t matter what she was doing that day, she would always send me a reply and make me feel “safe” and less paranoid. Both Deb and Kathleen understood that I had to take it easy and need time to heal.  Thank you, Kathleen Driggers. Thank you, Deb for all the things that you do, for being my friend, and a great DT Coordinator. This card is for you:

KatScrapBlessed

I hope you like the card today and got inspired. The supplies I have used are listed and linked below. Have a blessed and wonderful day!
