Here’s my first card:

 

 

I started by stamping my images on some smooth white card stock using my Spectrum Noir TriBlend markers.  Since this stamp set didn’t come with coordinating dies, I die-cut the images using my Brother Scan N Cut 2 machine.

 

The background was ink blended with some distress oxide inks and sprayed it with water for some added texture and interest.   I used another die from my stash to die-cut the “waves” three times and adhered it all together to create more dimension.  I also die-cut the coral and sea weeds using a die from my stash and adhered them onto the front panel.  Lastly, I adhered the Narwhal and used diamond stickles to further embellish the image.  Here’s a closer look:

 

 

For my second card, here’s another simple card you can mass-produce.  I masked off the card stock with some painter’s tape and used my waves stencil to add the waves on the background.  I used another embossing folder to emboss the card stock for some added texture and dimension.

 

 

To finish my design, I adhered the background on some A2 size card base and added the rainbow patterned paper with some black strip.  I also used my diamond stickles to embellish the image further.  Here’s a closer look:
